Like Noisy, I’m not really into DC Classics wave twenty. I know the line will continue through the sub, but it seems like a lackluster way to end a generally good run. Of course my feelings are also compounded by the loss of the true universe. 
Nekron Week is running a little behind. DC Universe Classics Wave 20 has been a difficult assortment to review. It’s my least favorite wave. It featured the only C&C I didn’t want. It ends the line. Ugh. To combat all that, I’m kicking off with my favorite DCUC20 figure: the Reverse-Flash!
I was working today when my phone beeped with a new text message: “Did you see Matty’s SDCC?”. I hadn't. That message contained no inkling of what I'd missed. Was the Masters of the Universe exclusive cool? Was there a worthwhile DC exclusive? I’d have to find out on my own...
For this Weekend Spotlight, I’m looking at another 2011 figure that didn’t get their spot in the regular rotation: Red Lantern Guy Gardner from DC Direct. A year ago, many of us would’ve been happy to see a slew of Green Lantern figures. Well, what a difference a year makes, huh?
