By NoisyDvL5 under MOTUClassics on April 29th, 2013 All this week, Mattel will be revealing their SDCC Exclusives for their collector brands. As you’d expect from the site’s content, I’m interested in the MOTU & DC Exclusives – luckily, Mattel revealed the MOTUC Exclusive first! This year’s SDCC Exclusive is a bit of a surprise – a 2pk
By NoisyDvL5 under Marvel on October 10th, 2012 It’s been awhile since my last Marvel Universe review. Truth is, MU and I seem to have had a falling out. Space, budgeting, the return of Marvel Legends, & just finding the damn things have all affected my MU purchases of late. I haven’t bought many, but I did need the
By NoisyDvL5 under 7th Market on September 6th, 2012 Back in February, I reviewed OMFG Series 1 from October toys. The initial release saw some great colorways including the basic flesh, Kickstarter black, and site exclusives in light blue, royal blue, yellow, & green. In the months since, a few more colors have popped up. Let’s have a look see.
By NoisyDvL5 under MOTUClassics on August 27th, 2012 Okay, so some unforeseen circumstances slowed us down last week, but don’t look at this Vykron review as late – just think of it as Reviewapalooza going an extra day! I’ll be finishing off our theme week with a look at Vykron, Mattel’s Masters of the Universe SDCC offering this year.
By NoisyDvL5 under G.I. Joe on August 23rd, 2012 I’ve said this before, but G.I. Joe was easily the biggest toyline from my childhood. I had my fair share of Transformers and MOTU. I treasured my comic-based figures and loved plenty of smaller lines too, but I had a ton of G.I. Joe toys. It was so different from today.

By NoisyDvL5 under 7th Market on April 28th, 2012 Yesterday was a big day for SDCC Exclusives! Some of the coolest debuted at FourHorsemen.Biz. The 4H debuted some test shots of three upcoming Outer Space Men: Gemini, Orbitron, and Cyclops! The Alpha versions of these three are set to debut at SDCC, but the 4H have provided a sneak peak!

I wasn’t planning on getting into Thundercats Classics. I have no connection with the original property other than a vague awareness, but two things happened. First, I kept seeing folks insist they were awesome. Then came the e-mails, tweets, etc. asking if I was planning on reviewing them. Well, alrighty then…

Wow. It’s been almost three months since I reviewed any MOTUC! Between losing our MOTU subscription and Vault getting itchy to do a few, I haven’t had to haul out Castle Grayskull since Battleground Teela. Only fitting though, my return to MOTUC reviews is another fan requested figure, Battle Armor Faker!

With Swamp Thing being available on Mattycollector later today, I figured I’d rush his review to the front of the line. I didn’t want to write a negative review about Swamp Thing, and I didn’t, but this article isn’t exactly glowing. Still, here it is, with the positives and the negatives.
