DC Universe Classics Wave 14 is a wave without variants, so that means one figure gets a solo review. I picked Hourman because he's a favorite of mine and because he has a ton of comic potential. He's a smart character, but he's still a brawler at heart. Plus, he only has powers for an hour. That’s kinda cool.
Our look at DC Universe Classics Wave 15 continues with not one, but two Starmen figures - the Golden Age Starman and his son and successor, Jack Knight. As a big fan of the Golden Age and its legacy characters, I was excited for both figures, but only one really met my expectations.
I like Monster High. And ever since I started watching the webisodes, Ghoulia has been my favorite character. This week, I was lucky enough to find wave Wave 3 at my local Target and have Ghoulia for review. But even though I love this character, I have conflicted feelings about her plastic portrayal.
I was reading through this awful issue of Justice League of America at the comic shop last week. I don’t normally bother with the book, I stay away from that writer these days, but this issue featured the Crime Syndicate, so I braved it. I’d also like to spend some money on Crime Syndicate toys too.

Roboto is one of my favorite vintage MOTU toys, but when he was announced for MOTU Classics I wasn't feeling very intrigued. I didn't know it was, but I wasn't as excited as I should've been. Now, he's arrived and it's his change to win me over. Also, I promise not to make any "Domo arigato, Mr. Roboto" jokes.
The 15th is here & while shiny, probably reversed shouldered, Robotos are already making their way to the IAT offices, there's still that little matter of the actual sale today.
