Last year, LEGO announced a new line of toys specifically for girls. I had always thought of LEGO as a gender-neutral toy, but was kind of curious. When Friends finally hit our TRU shelves, I decided picked up Olivia's Tree house and give it a try. 
I’ve got more updates ready to go. Some checklists have undergone some minor tweaks while others required a bit more elbow grease to get up to speed. I’m still working on a DCClassics.Com update, but Marvel Universe 2011-2012, Ghostbusters, and the Four Horsemen checklist get the spotlight today.
At the end of last year Revoltech introduced a spinoff line from their Sci-Fi series based only on Pixar characters. Naturally I had to pick up the main character from my favorite Pixar movie, WALL-E. Unfortunately the results were a bit disappointing.
One of my more anticipated announcements for 2012 (even though I’d be unable to attend) was whether or not the Four Horsemen would be putting together a second Toypocalypse show. Even though I can’t be there, I’m already excited for a slew of cool pics and hopefully an exclusive or two.
This week, Vault & I will be looking back at the figures of 2011, what we enjoyed, and what we didn’t. Today, we’re kicking things off with a simple top ten. Vault and I have split the duties, each crafting a list of our five favorite figures released in 2011.
I know I must be getting old because it seems like this year just flew by, and it looks like I’m doing the final 2011 review. Surprise, it’s an import! I’m a little behind on Gokaiger reviews, so I’ll get Gokai Blue in before next year begins. 
I was hoping this Christmas would see another release of OSM with vac-metal accessories. I loved the 2010 set and was excited at the prospect of Waves 3 and 4, with their much cooler weapons cache, getting the same treatment. The Horsemen didn’t disappoint, but... lavender & turquoise? Who knew?!
