One of my more anticipated announcements for 2012 (even though I’d be unable to attend) was whether or not the Four Horsemen would be putting together a second Toypocalypse show. Even though I can’t be there, I’m already excited for a slew of cool pics and hopefully an exclusive or two.

The Four Horsemen are proud to announce TOYPOCALYPSE 2: FUTURETRO! Their second annual show at the TT Underground showroom in New York City will feature many all-new, never before seen items and even some fan favorites and toy industry classics from the Four Horsemen’s past, present and future! Get an up close and personal look at action figure work that’s seldom (if ever) been seen outside the Four Horsemen’s own studio.
Toypocalypse 2: Futuretro will begin with a special opening night for friends and fans at TT Underground Friday night – February 10th 2012, and will run through most of the following week. Specific dates and times to be announced soon.
And if you’re a fan of the Four Horsemen’s licensed action figure line, The Outer Space Men, then you’re NOT going to want to miss this show! There’s going to be a specially featured Outer Space Men display that will most likely never be seen in this form again, as well as some special events surrounding the 45th anniversary of The Outer Space Men! Details on one of those events later today!

WANTED: ALL OUTER SPACE MEN FANS AND CUSTOMIZERS! The Four Horsemen are looking for customizers to be part of their annual gallery show, Toypocalypse 2: Futuretro at TT Underground in New York City!
In celebration of the 45th Anniversary of the Four Horsemen’s licensed action figure line, The Outer Space Men, the Four Horsemen are inviting you to create you very own Outer Space Men customs that will be displayed at the show alongside the work of the Four Horsemen themselves!
It’s easy! Just print and fill out the submission form below and start customizing your Outer Space Men! All submissions are due no later than February 6th, 2012 (show begins Feb. 10th). Don’t be afraid, You can customize your favorite figure. The Horsemen hope to get all types of customs: re-paints, mash-ups with Glyos or any other action figure lines, newly sculpted parts and accessories, etc. Anything goes! You’re only hindered by your imagination!
We’ll have special guest customizers, including one that OSM fans have been waiting decades to see more OSM work from!

How cool is that? If pictures of Four Horsemen 2ups you’ll never own doesn’t already make you cry, then no doubt some one-of-a-kind Outer Space Men customs surely will. Hope they’ve got tight security there at TT Underground…
