Sometimes movie toy lines have to hold back the announcement & release of a certain figures to avoid spoilers. Sometimes it’s annoying: I’m still mad about not getting a Dick Tracy Blank figure. Sometimes it’s funny: Hulk’s Dad being the Absorbing Man. Sometimes it’s kinda weird like Ra’s Al Ghul here.
Okay, so some unforeseen circumstances slowed us down last week, but don’t look at this Vykron review as late - just think of it as Reviewapalooza going an extra day! I’ll be finishing off our theme week with a look at Vykron, Mattel’s Masters of the Universe SDCC offering this year.
This addition of Reviewapalooza II is a bit of a shameless plug/cheat on my part. I wrote this for my other site, MonsterHighFearbook.com! This is one of the more interesting figures to debut in the Monster High line. Not only is she a steampunk styled robot, but she's also a completely new sculpt.

Every once in awhile, time just gets away from me. I didn’t realize how long I’d had Atrocitus sitting here when a reader asked me to not skip Atrocitus last week. I was always planning on reviewing him, but somehow he snuck past my sense of urgency. Let’s check him out.
Amid the excitement over the possibility of the DKR Batman utilizing a MOTUC buck, I was privately getting worried that we were setting ourselves up. Unable to determine scale, I thought we might just be looking at a new "chunky" DC buck. I'm happy to report that my concerns were unfounded.
So, I’m in the middle of three-too-many projects at the moment, but Vault got my attention today with a simple text, “have you seen the new DC figures?” I had no idea what he was talking about. Apparently, new DC & Batman Unlimited figure pics had been circulating all day. Oops!
