While hunting the Vehicon from Prime/Robots in Disguise’ third wave, I happened upon this Hot Shot figure at Walmart. I hadn’t planned on buying this figure. But when faced with a new toy during a run, sometimes the urge to bring something back is too strong. 
I’ve wanted to do some Avengers reviews, but there’s been one big problem. Finding them. I’ve been to Walmarts hours from here and have very little to show for it. I did manage to snag a leftover Thor on one run, but his photo shoot didn’t exactly go as planned. Snap.
I’m really enjoying the Transformers Prime figures. It’s a pretty well designed line with some interesting and unique takes on the characters. But what I like most is the Arms Micron minifigures that Takara is producing for their AM line of figures. 
After a few weeks of hunting, I’d given up on finding the six inch movie Avengers figures around my area, and I was mostly right. Luckily we were out of town for a comic book convention, and I happened across a few of the figures.
Back in April, IAT started the first of our monthly giveaways. Now that we’re running full steam, we’re ready to reveal our April Winner, post an update on the May Giveaway, and ready (albeit a little late) to announce our June prize: three “Basic Figure / Dollar General” G.I. Joes!
Even though I'd never seen the space He-Man cartoon, I do remember looking through the toys at Kaybee. The two that intrigued me the most were Optikk and Slush Head. Guess I wasn’t alone since those were the first two villains Matty chose.
Mattycollector announced another upcoming MOTU Classic via a “sneak peek” e-mail to Club Eternia members. I was again left off the mailing list, but it didn’t take long for news of Dragon Blaster Skeletor to make his way to me. I gotta tell you though, I'm not in love with it.
