Two years ago, King Grayskull kicked off MOTU Classics with a bang. Since then, the "200x influence" has been relegated to quarterly figures, extra heads, & bonus accessories. That's finally changed with this month's figure. Count Marzo's so badass, he was almost "too 200x" for Mattel.
We're just days away from San Diego Comic Con 2010 - the closest thing to Christmas in July (if only we could figure out how to incorporate gift-giving). For our second installment of 8 Things, I've made a short list of what I'm looking forward to seeing & hearing about from SDCC.
We enjoyed many of the Starro accessories we saw at SDCC 2009. Has anything new been decided on the future of non-Batman Brave & the Bold figures? If we can't expect to see Captain Marvel soon, will his Starro accessories be repackaged somewhere else in the line

Every month Mattel unleashes another MOTU Classics figure and every month it sells out within minutes. Collectors seems to love this line. It’s hard not to - classically styled versions of the inhabitants of Eternia rendered by the Four Horsemen. These figures are the perfect mix of nostalgia and modern toy ingenuity.
Power hungry, would-be dictator? Long lost brother of the King? Apprentice to one of Eternia's greatest villains? Disfigured victim of circumstance? Crazed host to a pan-dimensional demon? Some Masters of the Univese characters have sediment histories, but Keldor’s not among them.
