When I’m choosing what to review, I gravitate towards toys I like or figures I want to get done while folks are still talking about it. It usually works great, but it causes some figures I don’t particularly care about to fall off the radar. Enter Batman Legacy Wave One.
All year long, Bandai’s been releasing a slew of merchandise for their 35th anniversary Super Sentai series: Gokaiger, but it’s taken this long for them to make the pirate’s zord, Gokai Oh, in a super articulated form. It feels like it has been one of the longest waits of my life... 
As most of you know, Matty’s August high jinks cost us our Club Eternia subscriptions here at IAT, not to mention the August items, Man-E-Faces & Megator. With so many new toys being released since then, Man-E-Faces fell by the wayside until an IAT reader wrote in to save the day.
For the next few weeks, Thursdays are the province of Onell Design’s Glyos! This week, I’m taking a look at a slightly older item I recently acquired: the Volkriun Rig. I missed this figure during the craziness of SDCC, but I was fortunate enough to snag one in a recent trade.
Another Halloween has come and past, which means another wave of Universal Monsters figures and Minimates from Diamond Select. I’m starting off with Frankenstein because I have a particular annoyance with his figure and I want to get him out of the way. 
The New Adventures of He-Man is a strange corner of the MOTU Universe. On the surface it doesn’t do much to fit into the original series. But the blending seems to go a lot smoother with the Classics continuity, which is why I’m excited to see these characters in the line. 
It’s Thursday and that means it’s time once again to delve into the wonderful world of Glyos. I’ve been trying to think of a clever name for this feature – Glyosday? ThursGlyos? Glyrsday? Hmm... maybe it doesn’t need one? I’m just gonna save that for later. Let’s get to the Phaseon!
