As with the Cheerful Japan Miku, the Good Smile Company took another bold step forward and offered last summer’s Wonder Festival exclusives online for worldwide distribution. The first of the two figures I ordered from them is an alternate version of their Aegis Figma. 
By the time I learned just how great Figma figures were, it was too late for me to purchase the original Miku Hatsune without paying insanely high prices. That’s why I jumped at the chance when Max Factory rereleased her in their Cheerful Japan line. 
After a couple of weeks hunting, I was finally able to pounce on a fresh Transformers Prime case at my local Toys R Us. Arcee was already on my to-buy list, but Starscream was just too tempting to leave behind. And now I’m going to gush about him. 
Just a couple weeks after Bandai’s Godzilla release, the second figure in the SH MonsterArts line is already here. I’m glad I didn’t have to wait too long. My Godzilla was getting bored just beating up all of my Revoltechs. Now he has a challenge. 
I preordered Masked Rider months ago as an impulse buy. Unfortunately for me (but mostly for my wallet), I didn’t realize just how many of my preorders were going to be filled in the last month of the year! December’s already been an expensive month, and we’re only six days in! 
I’ve been pretty interested in Bandai’s SH MonsterArts line ever since it was announced earlier this year. Not only would it deliver our first super articulated Godzilla figure, but it would have to keep the same quality we were accustomed to from the Sci-Fi Revoltech line. 
All year long, Bandai’s been releasing a slew of merchandise for their 35th anniversary Super Sentai series: Gokaiger, but it’s taken this long for them to make the pirate’s zord, Gokai Oh, in a super articulated form. It feels like it has been one of the longest waits of my life...
