Mattel has put up some images of DC Classics Wave 10 (Wal-Mart wave) on Facebook. They refer to it as Wave 9, but the boxart still says 10, so we’re calling typo on that one. They also note that Power Girl’s head will be more facing the side of the package in her final release and reiterating Wal-Mart has increased their order for this wave. |
This wave is going to be soon too. That ain’t right…
Does anyone else find it odd that the piece of Imperiex that Cliff comes with is so massive and then you can barely see any other piece of Imperiex at all?
I do think he’s the most crammed in one yet.
Wildcat is crammed in too, but Robotman just looks it.
His foot is inside Imperiex.

it was the same as harley with Grodd…and wildcat with chemo in wave nine.
I feel like I can see more pieces of Chemo, and all his parts on chunks.
It’s just weird that the full size figure gets the torso when Power Girl and Beast Boy would be less crammed.
And Wildcat is hilarious in that package.
But Imperiex still seems like Chang Tzu.

Mattel shouldn’t package the women sideways until they make a less anorexic body. It doesn’t look atrocious from the front, but from the side it’s like a starved mummy. o.O

I wish AFI had been right when they called for a classic Kanesque Batman on this variant.
It is a “Bat-Laptop”. I guess they wanted to give him something a little extra.

Mattel needs to keep in my that we’re each equipped with only two kidneys.

Mattel, even if you’ve “wider” released them, Wal-Mart exclusives don’t sell overseas. Stop with the exclusives.

Sooo true. I live in a bigger city and we have one Wal-Mart here and it’s pretty much worthless.

dude, that poor power girl…. when i saw that proto, i was so excited!! and now… eh… man-bat still looks good, but even PG’s side boob is just that, PG… and she should be pushing PG-13, bordering dangerously close to R… oh well, they saved me 12 bucks.
There’s just something about that Joker that makes me happy.
