It’s the end of the month and that means it’s time to get the checklists and indexes in order before November. This month saw some big changes for the Marvel Universe & DC Classics checklists – it’s time to add pages for 2013! Can you believe it? 2012, we hardly knew ya…

I’ve added a proper 2013 page to DCClassics.Com. I’m still working on the page layout, but the handful of known 2013 offerings (Club IE, Batman Unlimited, DC Unlimited) are now listed and pictured. The 2012 page is still in need of a handful of images before I can close it out properly, but it’s coming along. The checklist will continue to be at DCClassics.Com. I know the line has changed somewhat with the rebranding, but it’s always going to be “Classics” to me.

In keeping with the 2013 theme, Marvel Universe has also been awarded a 2013 page. For the most part, that page features the smattering of post Wave 21 news that is likely not to make it this calendar year. There are not many new names to add though. I apparently missed an announcement about figures like A-Bomb, Abomination, Sasquatch, Wendigo, and a Grey Hulk that will accompany Fin Fang Foom? I’ve had more than a few e-mails about the names needed adding to the checklist, so I went ahead and added them, but if anyone has a link to an official source on that, I’d feel a lot better! Thanks.

The 2012 is almost completely sewn up with most of the new images added. I am aware that the “dollar store” exclusives of “lightning” deco Thor & “bluer” WW2 Cap need to be added. I’ve written it down this time, so it will make it into the next update.

Look for a Masters of the Universe Classics update here in a day or two. I didn’t quite meet my goal for having it done this evening. I’ll be moving the October offerings to the 2012 page and adding sellout times. As well as adding the additional items being offered in November to the Upcoming Releases page. Look for that soon. I also wanted to think the many folks writing in to let me know of updates and changes, particularly when it comes to lines like Marvel Universe!
