<\/a>Mattel is pumping out bios this week with another look at another July figure, Icer! Icer comes to us via the MOTU Classics Filmation minisub.<\/p>\nHere’s what Mattel had to say about Icer’s release:<\/p>\n
The Filmation subscription has begun! Icer, our premier figure in the 6 month 2013 Club Filmation subscription has begun! Icer ships in July to all Club Filmation sub holders with additional small quantities available for day of sales. Note Icer does not ship to Club Eternia members. Club Filmation was a separate purchase back in Feb. with one new Filmation character each month (from either the classic He-Man and Princess of Power animated shows!) July through December 2013.<\/p>\n
Icer comes complete with ice pick weapon and the animated version of ther Staff of Avion. Finally a cool accessory for your MOTUC Stratos figure! (or anyone else who wants to wield it!)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Icer<\/strong> – Evil Master of Cold<\/em>, Real Name<\/strong>: Icleeel of the Outer Stillia Clan
Originally from the outskirts of Stillia in the Ice Mountains, Icer is a master of controlling cold weather. Skeletor recruited him after realizing a need for evil agents in the North and exploited him when Whiplash failed to obtain the Ice Raider from King Randor. Skeletor ordered his new frozen ally to take over the northern weather station and create cold weather all over Eternia, while he attempted to steal the Ice Raider himself. Icer has freezing powers and melts into water when he needs to get in or out of tight spots. <\/p><\/blockquote>\nHonestly, I’m not excited about the Filmation subscription. I’m actually one of those folks that’s happy these figures aren’t in the main sub! And yet, I subscribed anyway. Icer is, at least, the figure I’m most excited about out of the three that have been revealed so far.
