DCUC13 production pictures are here:

A couple notes:

Superboy is definitely not using the body that Robin, Kid Flash, and Beast Boy used. Unless my monitor is playing tricks on me at work.

Modern Cheetah is wearing a black jumpsuit?! WTF?

I think Donna is using an adult and not teen body.
Just sayin'.

Wow, what is up with that modern Cheetah? I thought she was just going to be a cheetah body. That black jumpsuit looks awful.

I think you're right about the Superboy body. It doesn't seem to have the same shortened torso as the other teen figures.

Blue Beetle looks great in those pics. I wasn't aware that his wings were gonna be extended.

I also like the way variant Negative Man is gonna look with the transparent skin on his face. The prototype pics were all just of his skull in the bandages and it seemed kinda dumb...

Thanks for linking the pics, Mo!

I'm really happy with this wave.

Superboy does look to be on a bigger body, that's good!

Donna does look to be adult-sized in her younger costume ( [constipated] )

I'm disappointed they modernized Cheetah the rest of the way to the modern look. She looked better without the flat jumpsuit.

I love all the Blue Beetle attachments!

Where's the regular Negative Man? Though I do have to admit that unwrapped looks really good, it's still unnecessary.

Yeah modern cheetah looks a little off with the jumpsuit. Also negative man looks like has a skull inside the head, which is really awesome.

:-x :-x :-x :-x

So I'm looking through Toy Fair pics and I missed something obvious. Everyone here at IAT missed it.

Trigon has a mangosteen cloth cape!! What the hell? :|

I checked the packaged shots on eBay and sure enough there ain't a cape in any of them and it would have to be visible - which would be the problem - a 9" tall guys cape probably wouldn't fit in the package. Someone should have thought of that months ago.

And where the hell is "hey DC fans, the Trigon cape is too big, would you rather..." No, we just get screwed on it.

I know it's stupid, but that really pisses me off. I hate cloth capes. I hate mixed media on figures in general.

And I'm more mad that I didn't notice right away.

Yep noticed the cape, but never connected it as cloth from the shots I saw, and never thought about the fact a C&C's cape would be huge.

I saw a pic from the side at AFI's super-galleries and the cape was way flaring out and I didn't understand.

I would have rather seen the 4H give up on accuracy and sculpt it at the maximum height allowed by the package than to go cloth.

And I wish that TG were upfront with DC fans on this. Where was the announcement that this would need to be done? Where were the two bad choices about what to do?

I know that this is way the toy world works, but Mattel is the company trying to change that and connect with its fans - so why don't they?

And a smaller company might make the cape mail-in if they messed up and made it too big for the package, too bad Mattel is too big to do something like that.
