I only know one person who actually found wave 3 or 4 at retail. He found them at a Walmart in NY a couple of weeks before Christmas. Found multiple cases of both those waves at the same time. He was too short on cash because of buying gifts for his kids and since he saw so many, he figured they'd be common.

I told him I'd virtually throw my money at him via Paypal and when he went back the next day, they were all gone

all the stores around here just have a ton of Renegades Cobra Commanders clogging the shelves

The Renegade waves are clogging here. I still haven't gotten to open my Wave 3/4 case my wife got me for Christmas. I have to get a chunk of my review backlog caught up first (and ML is definitely not helping).

So stoked to finally crack that case though, it's been sitting on my desk taunting me...

Isn't he a homage to a vintage figure? The mask/helmet look familiar.
