Botcon 2011 Hasbro Panel Coverage

http://www.tfw2005.com/transformers-new ... ge-172311/

During the panel they revealed upcoming Prime figures including:

- Cliffjumper

- Terrorcon Cliffjumper (aka Zombie Cliffjumper. Will be part of a later wave and will possibly have retooling)

- Vehicon grunt

- Ratchet

- Wheeljack

- Ironhide (confirmed to be in the show. Movieverse inspired, has big arm cannons and is possibly red)

- Soundwave (will come with Laserbeak. Laserbeak can fit into Soundwave’s chest, can turn into a blade)

- Voyager Prime

- Voyager Bulkhead

- Voyager Starscream

All said to look fairly accurate to their show models.

I'll definitely be picking up Arcee, Cliffjumper, and Soundwave. Possibly Starscream, he does actually look a bit cool.

I'd really love to see a Black Arachnia. Her design was nice, and that was one of the better episodes.
You now possess Dracula's Wallet.

Is there not a cool Transformers SDCC exclusive this year? I'm not as up on the Hasbro offerings.

Sorry for the late reply.

From my understanding, the figures at SDCC are the same ones that are going to be released at retail with the only thing that’s special about them is the packaging:

- DOTM Ultimate Optimus Prime is packaged in robot mode at retail while at SDCC it will be packaged in vehicle mode with a sleeve that goes over most of the box.

- Transformers Prime Optimus Prime is supposed to be the same prime from the upcoming Megatron/Optimus entertainment pack with maybe slightly different paint apps while the one at SDCC is packaged in an All spark shaped package.
