Ecto-Thread: Ghostbusters! (SDCC 2011 News Pg. 18)

For all the lines not covered in our themed forums. Think Thundercats, Ghostbusters, Voltron, Wrestling, Doctor Who, Power Rangers, Video Game Licenses, TV & Film Licenses... do I need to go on or did you have it figured out before I even started?

That would help it. I was disappointed by the ones I saw. Ray's still got a scrunchy head - though I'm not sure if the Labcoat Ray had a non-scrunched head, very little press on that figure. Everyone was really tan (yes, even Winston. ) and Slimer's tongue wasn't painted nice on any of 'em.

All this talk of delaying Winston has me excited. If they do him right, they might have gotten that $20 back from me.

Have any of you signed up for the TRUs rewards card? I get "$5 towards any purchase" coupons every month. In multiples depending on how much I spend there the month prior. Needless to say it's given me more incentive to buy diapers at Babies R Us since I signed up. I usually get 2 a month (with other savings too). Makes $12 TFs and $16 DCUC figs a lot cheaper!

a friend of mine keeps getting 20% off one item email coupons but I've yet to get one
he spends less than me though, so I think I might open a second account and just not buy anything on that card! ;)

Haha.

WM is almost always first and cheaper here, leaving me getting only exclusives at TRU. Maybe I should go ahead and sign up though. Especially if my non-use gets me some sweet deals.

I feel bad for the EU fans.

Ghostbusters™ Fans,

For all the Ghostbusters™ fans in the US, we’re bringing you a prop replica of the PKE Meter that’s as film-accurate as possible. For countries in Europe, there are stricter regulations on product warnings so we had to make a tough decision: put lots of warnings all over it and compromise the accuracy, or restrict shipping. It was hard because we love our fans in Europe, too, but in the end we decided to make it as film-accurate as possible. Here are the countries that can’t accept shipment:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Great Britain.
We are sorry this means that it can't ship to Europe, and we are hoping fans in the US appreciate the effort we made to bring them an awesome product.

—Matty

Not only Matty blatantly says we can't ship their product to the EU fans, but rubs their noses the wrong way by adding the begging US fans' appreciation. weird thing Matty, To Hasbro, ToyBiz, NECA, Konami, Square-Enix I'm part of the good ol' US of A... To you I'm an international fan. WTH!? I might be able to order one, but right now I don't think I want to... (and probably won't be able to, cause somehow I'd expect DR to screw the pooch and block ALL international orders for it.)
Logistics... The real reason behind Matty's fairytales. BTW I am a Power-Mullet
