DR's stomping grounds look to have gotten in DCUC13 twice and we're dead down here. Boo on that.

My DCtopia appears over. DCUC11 only showed up once, DCUC12 was never here, and DCUC13 looks to repeat. Sad day.

The Toy-R-Us in Joplin, MO. got in a case of wave 11 on Wednesday. I believe that's about five months after the first reported sighting... Meh.

The one nearest me on Kansas Expressway. From the sounds of it a lot of the others have clearanced 'em out, but KE keeps getting in new stuff.

Saw the newest DCUC 2pks today. I want them (sorta) and should review them for the archive, but $60 all at once scared me off.

FYI, for those interested -

DCUC13 is in stock in full at Amazon. $14.99 each times 7 without sales tax equals 104.93 - and there's no shipping charges if you do Super Saver Shipping.

Unfortunately, I put my order in when Blue Devil and Donna Troy were out of stock, so I'll be getting three separate shipments. Shipment #1 (Cheetah, Superboy, and Cyclotron) shipped yesterday/today, while Shipments #2 (Blue Beetle and Negative Man) and #3 will be shipping in the next few days.

Weee!
Just sayin'.

Hmm, not a bad deal considering how high the price is getting.

Sadly, I'm definitely not in for much of 13.

I want Blue Devil, probably Cheetah, and possibly Donna.

I think I'll wait to see 'em in person and see which grab me.

I have my review up of the first half of the DCUC wave 13 figures tonight. I'm covering Superboy, Donna Troy, Cyclotron and Blue Beetle, and I think there's some real surprises in here. Or maybe not.

I also have a guest review up from Jeff Parker, who's finishing off his look at the Hot Toys Astro Boy figures with their sixth scale action figure. You can find the reviews at the usual:

Thanks for reading,

I never really got into the Reign of Supermen thing, but I have to admit Superboy turned out nice.

Beetle looks cool, but IMO the double joints and odder design make him stand out too much from the rest of the line.

Poor Donna though.

Might be tempted by Cyclotron to go with my Robo-Mantis.

Hmm . . . [smile]
