Ecto-Thread: Ghostbusters! (SDCC 2011 News Pg. 18)

For all the lines not covered in our themed forums. Think Thundercats, Ghostbusters, Voltron, Wrestling, Doctor Who, Power Rangers, Video Game Licenses, TV & Film Licenses... do I need to go on or did you have it figured out before I even started?

Ecto-Thread: Ghostbusters! (SDCC 2011 News Pg. 18)

A few months ago, Mattel mentioned that Ghostbusters would have a third SKU. I was hoping for something cool...

This is a screen cap of a commercial for Monday's attack of the show:

I'd sign an ecto cooler petition. I don't care for it, but others do and I'd support them.

I hate to be the harbinger of bad toy news but: you're looking at what "big toy" wants the future of action figures to be. It costs a starfruit ton less to pump out thousands of fully articulated bodies and have Malaysian teenagers make cloth outfits than it does to make steel molds for a complete set of figures.

It makes me sad all day.

It makes me happy. I'm gonna start having nice vacations. [magic]

I can't lie though, while I'm not interested in the resurrection of the Mego, I find this mildly intriguing. If they fix the costume colors and a proton pack is hiding out in the bottom of the package, I'll buy Winston. Even for $20 (which I think is the big problem with these 'cheap' dolls).

I just realized this is how they are giving us the cartoon figures......of course they are already wrong cause in the cartoon they all wore a different color jumpsuit
