Zed's Favorite figures has begun, all week I will count down my favorite figures from the last year at ten per day all the way to #1.

This year I am a bit late due to some last minute arrivals to the list, but here we go.

The list is off to a great start! I tell ya, seeing some of those figs in the 40s is a great reminder how many nice 1:18th scale figures we got this year!

Something to whet you whistle with favorite figures this year, Totals: 16 GI Joes, 23, Marvel (Incuding The marvel movies, but to be fair there are very few of the Movie figures), 5 Star Wars (not at all by choice, that was distrobution), 6 other (Thundercats, Unimax, ect).

Seeing lists like these make me glad I don't collect Marvel and that I usually don't collect in this scale, or else I would be penniless... oh wait, I already am.

Every now and then though I'll see a Thor or Wolverine on the pegs and it tempts me so badly.

I feel the same way about the larger scales sometimes LOL.

heh... the grass is always greener, eh? I think both scales have their own pros and cons. personally i think i've gravitated towards 6"-8" because of the nature of what I have collected in the last 5-7 years, 200x MOTU, DCUC, MOTUC, and assorted NECA figures. The only 4" scale figures I've collected were the 25th Anniv. Joes and whatnot, but I really haven't collected Joes since the end of the TFAC.
