It's time for the Poppies and People's Picks!

For all the lines not covered in our themed forums. Think Thundercats, Ghostbusters, Voltron, Wrestling, Doctor Who, Power Rangers, Video Game Licenses, TV & Film Licenses... do I need to go on or did you have it figured out before I even started?

I didn't have a lot of time this year to participate in the nomination process, hopefully I'll have more time and can get a better handle on some of the categories I'm not as fluent in next year.

don't forget to ask around... some of us follow lines you don't. [smile]

Just creating this years ballot was difficult. Making the final choices was near impossible. I have completed my ballot but know many og my choices will not be on par with the People's Picks

Yeah, I missed the ballot creating process entirely. I finally got registered for that, I should go check out the conversation.

I was disappointed in the lack of representation for Japanese imports. Revoltech's Sci-Fi line had some great figure's last year. Also, no mention of the Star Wars Vintage line, which blows the other Star Wars line out of the water.

Well if you know any of the judges then you should make sure you are bring these things to their attention throughout the year and especially in November and December when the pallets are being created. I know I don't collect anything Star Wars so I wouldn't know a Clone Trooper from Hamerhead

More than one judge missed out in participating in the balot creation and I would love to find a way to change that. The group of judges could be so much more than just a group that picks awards and the industry deserves a reverse group that is willing to talk to one another on everything from business to distribution to collectors and more
