It kind of hurts, honestly, seeing the amount of new tooling there and how well executed it is, compared to some of the duds this line has produced. That has been a consistent beef of mine with motuc, the wildly varying quality of execution. How the hell are we supposed to have king choobah and lizard man in the same year?

Now, that said, I predict KC will have one gripe against him, those feet. You can tell looking at him, and knowing this line, that he'll take one vanilla pose only, and he will stand precariously in that pose.

Vena looks great. I think the wings look ponderous for posing but she'll likely be better off in execution than the sorceress (no serving tray arms).

I'm making the opposite call as prfkt and skipping this sub for mythic legions stuff. They scratch all my Tolkienish and D&Dy nerves so there is it. I probably will try to score callix, vena and prahvus on day of, if there is any, but honestly, if I miss them, it won't take up much of my day. I feel like I've clung to the dream of motuc long enough, it's time to wake up.

Well i might have subbed up. But just to be a team player. Can't help it, this sub looks like some of the best work of the line and i am DONE with motu this year regardless of any rebranding. If i ever hope for funds to knock out castle grayskull i just have to finish buying figures.

Thank 'e, DR. If any of the figures don't turn out the way you wanted, I'll buy 'em off you at cost, if you like.

i very much appreciate the offer beedo. hopefully, it will completely unneeded, right? [smile] really, the one i'm least stoked for is evil seed, and if he's the low point of that sub, i should be just fine. talk about first world problems!

So, that would be a "yes," DR. };D
