All right. I've put a couple more reminders about ordering Grayskull into this week's Action Figures & Their Beers article (today featuring Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Cad Bane):

I doubt it will make a difference, but it's better to try up until the last minute than to just give up all hope while there still might be a chance.

Pray to Heaven, cross your fingers, wear your Lucky Boxer Shorts, put your hope in the collector community, make a sacrifice to Quetzalcoatl, or whatever it takes to get you through today and keep your hope alive . . . Grayskull will be ours!

I have spoken. Now let it be Law.

Heh. A little of both.

I've been doing Action Figures & Their Beers reviews for almost four years, now, quite a few of which use my Millennial or Classics figures. But I reckoned the Grayskull deadline could've done with some more boost, exposure, and cross-pollination wherever possible, so I got Bill's permission to use Creature Cantina bandwidth (since it's primarily a Star Wars site) to further our cause, and reckoned some of you fellas might appreciate knowing about different beers.

I was really only intending to post about AF&TB here while the Grayskull deadline was an issue. But you folks are more than welcome to drop by anytime; I've got four or five more months' worth of weekly reviews left in the current run, with many MOTUC figures in the line-up.

well, either they're hlding back, or we didn't make it. either way, i still think it's dumb that they "need" us to come through on a sales goal that they won't share with us. just tell us the damned number.

oh well... i'm going to go relax... someone wake me when they release the "we did it!" or "we missed it." video.

And I can do it in David Warner's voice, too.

they do know it's the 13th, right? maybe this explains why sales day is always a chore, cuz they're caught off guard every month. at this point though, either they've not updating the meter, or we missed the goal.
