Well, I havent subscribed to MOTUC but I went ahead and pre-ordered Castle Grayskull. My collection is at a dozen figures and growing so I figured why not. A year is plenty of time to save up! =)

Can't help but noticing the pre-order gauge hasn't been going up since middle of last week.... I am somewhat tempted to pre-order a 2nd castle, but at $250 it's hard to justify... I just hope it makes a big jump soon

I dunno if it'll reach any new targets, since the site is mostly for Star Wars collectors, but I hope it will help out some.

So, where can I find some of these Spikor Journals... It's a request from... uh, Bow... I think I will share that link with friends... The Grayskull ad, not the slash-fics.
Logistics... The real reason behind Matty's fairytales. BTW I am a Power-Mullet

Thanks for the kind words on the photocomic, gang!

He-Mullet, one way or another, there is going to be an extract of Spikor's "journal" published soon after the fate of Castle Grayskull is announced. I'll have to shoot a follow-up photocomic around the verdict, so it'll be another few weeks yet, but you'll get a peek at what Spikor thinks about in his copious down-time. Promise. };D

Dunno if this'll help much (or at all), but I've put two more "gentle" reminders about ordering Castle Grayskull into my latest Action Figures & Their Beers article on Creature Cantina: http://www.creaturecantina.com/epicStory.cfm?id=477

I reckoned since MOTUC Beast Man was the featured figure this week (by coincidence more than planning), it would be appropriate.

Cross fingers!

it was the poster wasn't it? you were holding out till you knew there'd be a beautiful full color poster, weren't you?

seriously, i told my wife about that and we had a round of laughs at how preposterous that is, that a cheesy POS poster "sweetens the pot" for a 250 dollar castle.
