Thanks to a recommendation of an old friend, I picked up the hardback collected comics of Thrud the Barbarian. Not only did I laugh harder than I have in ages, I got to thinking about how to make a custom of the character: essentially a spare Vikor plus a resculpted 4" Star Wars head. Then, I got to thinking about how nifty it would be to have him square off against a MOTUC-style version of one of his nemeses, The Black Currant . . . .

Oh, man. Either I need help, or I need more custom fodder!

I was looking at my UK-release He-Man Series 1 box set the other day. Saw the image of Shokoti on the front of one of the covers, and instantly thought: Stripper.

Just sayin'.

Yup. I think it's the big hair that does it, though. Makes it much easier to imagine her swinging around a pole. And now I need a cold shower . . . .
