Super Powers Mr. Freeze

Worthy of a swipe file?

I haven't really been able to talk about, but Mattel used our Mr. Freeze picture as a promotional image to sell this wave to retailers without asking permission. :-x :matty:

Anyway, the final figure ended up looking pretty similar too. He's a little different because he uses the revised Luthor buck, but the paint choices follow pretty closely aside from the head, gloves, & boots. I don't know why they used the goggle head though.

Thats a cool looking figure no matter how you slice it. Is this a figure thats eventually going to be released?
I would have hoped we would see a completely new Mr. Freeze, perhaps one that resembles the Super Powers version...but its definately a cheap way to put out a figure. I think by now all of the DC Super Heroes figures have been incorporated into the DCUC by now.

Googles does have a Batman the Animated Series vibe to it. Still seems pretty shifty though.

Nice figure guys! I want one! But I do agree that he doesn't look 100% like his SP counterpart though. See this figure is definately an example of cost-cutting, but not enough to make you bitch and whine too much. I'd like to get him when he becomes available.
