Free Tickets with TDKR Movie Masters question

Hi IAT. Long-time reader, first-time poster.
I just have a question about the Movie Masters that can get you free tickets to The Dark Knight Rises. It looks like the deal to get the ticket with purchasing $20 worth of merchandise only applies to the Movie Masters that have those stickers on the front about the promotion. My question is are the Movie Masters with those stickers only available at Targets? Because that's the only place I've been seeing them.

I think that may be the case, I haven't seen on the ones at WM or TRU.
