Actualy Moore Action Colectables (MAC) was his first company and they made several great lines of action figures, more like McFarlanes level of articulation but still action figures. This is a return to the roots he loves but couldn't afford to compete in by himself. By letting someone else foot the production and distribution bills he can do what he loves and maybe make some money at it.

oh yeah, i've got some of those early MAC figs, but they're pretty static by today's standards, especially the women. whereas these are definitely in the sweet spot for modern artic.

These days just having the big five doesn't cut it anymore. I can let it slide on certain NECA figures --- but of course its not preferable. I'm just glad Doctor Who figures DON'T!

updates!! 15 bucks for these seems incredibly reasonable in the modern market.

So does anyone know if these are still coming out? I haven't seen any news or info on these since last year.

they're still listed for pre-order, with a TBD release date... i wonder if they're waiting for enough pre-orders to go into production? if only we had access to a media outlet about toys that could fire the company an email and find out the official status of the line...

Maybe a monthly 'Ask the Seventh Market' feature?
