If you’re a Transformers fan, one thing you can always count on is the inevitable repaint figure. Even in lines as small as the War for Cybertron, Hasbro’s able to squeeze at least one in. So to wrap up our coverage of the War for Cybertron figures, here’s my review of Cliffjumper.
I was going to pair Mongul up with the Manhunters for a "figure I like" versus "figure I don't like" review, but the holidays and trips to see the in-laws have changed my plans. Mongul is getting a solo review, but is he the figure I liked or the I figure I didn't? If you're a DC Comics reader, I bet you already know.
The year is almost over and you wouldn’t believe how many Transformer’s the IAT crew have sitting around, still waiting to be reviewed. I blame Matty and the torrent of DC Universe Classics they’ve unleashed upon us in the last couple months. Anyways, we’re finishing up our War for Cybertron reviews with Megatron.
A couple weeks back the Four Horsemen announced a special "Galactic Holiday Edition" of the Outer Space Men - a new set of wave 1 & 2 colorways that included vac plated pieces and accessories. I was almost out the door for Christmas vacation when they arrived, but I just had to snap a few pics and show 'em off.
3 voting is over! With nearly 900 votes in, the last four finalists have been selected. Yeah, four. We ended up with a tie for 3rd place in Round 3! Vigo, Rescue, Blonde Bikini Teela, & the Crime Syndicate are ready to join the others in the final round. Come in and vote for IAT's 2010 Most Requested Figure!
I wasn't excited when Buzz-Off was revealed at SDCC. It was odd, because he was one of my favorite toys growing up. I loved his colors. I loved his wings (though I did lose one along the way). He was great. Classics Buzz-Off really brings back those memories, but, truthfully he elicits them a little too well.
Hey there, folks! We hope you're enjoying the Christmas season. Though, while you're at it, we have some big & important news: As Zelda Rubinstein would say it best, "they're heeeeeeee're!!!!!!!" Yes, Green Lantern Classics Series 1 and DC Universe Wave 15 are both now in stock!
